Amy Lee, of Grenada, MS, passed away peacefully in her home on November 1st, 2025, at the age of 60 years old. She was born in August 1965 in Memphis, TN, to Frances and William Dalton. Amy was loved as a wife, a mother, a sister, a grandmother, and a friend. She was a faithful servant to her Lord and could be seen in the pews of First United Methodist Church in Grenada, MS, on Sunday mornings, then watching from home when her health made it harder to travel. She always had a smile on her face when she mentioned her family, particularly her grandsons, and loved being given the nickname "Gram-Gram" by her oldest grandson.
There is a graveside visitation planned for Thursday, November 13, 2025, at Shiloh Cemetery at 11 am. Pallbearers will include Eddie Miller, Brandon Anthony, Preston Wade, and Eric McCarty.
Amy is survived by her daughter, Erica (Eddie) Miller of Hughesville, MD. Three sisters, Nancy (Michael) Hazim of Las Vegas, NV, Pat (Preston) Wade of Oxford, MS, and Janice Daugherty of Oxford, MS. Two nieces: Stephanie (Tony) Hazim and Melinda (Eric) McCarty. Three nephews, Tony Hammer, Shawn (Debra) Anthony, and Brandon (Jennifer) Anthony. Two grandsons: Nathan Miller and Lucas Miller of Hughesville, MD
She is preceded in death by her parents, Frances and William Dalton; her husband, Tony Lee; her brother-in-law, Jimmy Daugherty; and two nephews, Luke Hammers and Jeremy Hammers.
