Brenda Nell Allen

Brenda McKay Allen, 74, of Birmingham, AL passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 20, 2024. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 25, 2024 at Seven Oaks Funeral Home in Water Valley, MS with interment to immediately follow at Oak Hill Cemetery.
She was born in Water Valley, MS in 1949 to Hal McKay, Sr. and Marjorie Coker. She graduated from the University of Mississippi. Brenda devoted her life to creating a home that her husband, children, and grandchildren would thrive in.
She is survived by her husband, Robert Allen of Birmingham, AL; her children, Brandon Webb (Chelle) of Petal, MS, Beth Cunningham (Shon) of Birmingham, AL; and John Allen (Ashley) of Huntsville, AL; her grandchildren, Alex Mussiett (Tyler), Chloe Webb, Anna Webb, Rachel Jahn (Philipp), Tyler Cunningham, Will Allen, Edie Grace Allen, and Cate Allen; her brothers, Joe Pat Pilkington of Water Valley, MS, Jimmy Muncher of Hernando, MS; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Whitesburg Christian Academy, Huntsville, AL.
