Clister Hervey was born on March 27, 1927, to the late Everlina and Ira Hervey. She accepted Christ at an early age and served faithfully on the mother board. She was a home-maker, a wonderful cook, and she loved her family, especially her children, grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. She was married to the late Wadell Macllock, and with him having three children, Sandra (Levo) Harris, Bennie (Johnny) Woodard, and Shirley (Joe) Pomerlee. She was united to the late Roosevelt Caldwell and with him having five children, Rosie Morgan, Mary Pomerlee (Stan), Eva (Sherman) Harris, all of Water Valley, and Betty (Bryan) Daniels, of Horn Lake, MS. She also leaves behind forty-five grandchildren and a host of grands, great-grands, and great-great-grands; one sister, Gracie Hervey; and one brother, Charles Hervey, both of Water Valley; two brothers-in-law, Rural (Hattie) Caldwell and JW Caldwell; and three sisters-in-law, Luvenia Willingham, Cora Caldwell,
and Annie White.
Clister was preceded in death by three children, Sarah, Willie and John; and seven brothers and two sisters.
