Dr. James R. Bell, 89, passed away Wednesday, August 26, 2026, in Oxford, MS. A visitation will be held Monday, August 31, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM with the funeral service immediately following at 2:00 PM, all at Seven Oaks Funeral Home. Bro. Chris McAlilly will officiate. Interment will be at Oak Hill Cemetery. Seven Oaks Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
