Glenda Faye Hall Griffith, 84, was born to Helen White Hall & Leslie Exelle Hall on August 30, 1940 & went to be with her Lord and Savior on July 4, 2025. She loved family with all her heart & was big sister to 3 brothers. As a teen, she enjoyed being a majorette with the school band in Clarksdale. Glenda was a loving mother to Roger Abernathy & Katherine Hardy. Later, Glenda went to work as a bank teller, a job she thrived in with her friendly smile, cheerful disposition, and glamorous big hair. She married Henry Seavy Griffith, her love, & they enjoyed life together & traveling until his death. She was a precious Nana to four grandchildren & blessed the lives of her 14 great-grandchildren.

Glenda was preceded in death by her children & husband. She is survived by her brother, Hayden Hall; grandchildren, Sherri McKinney (Shawn), Mike Hardy (Melissa), Samantha Moore (Phillip), Ali Grace Allen, & many friends & relatives that will miss her dearly.

Visitation will be held at Seven Oaks Funeral Home on Monday, July 14, 2025 11:00 with a memorial service beginning at noon.

As a cancer survivor herself, Glenda had a heart for children suffering from cancer & supported St. Jude for many years. Donations in her memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
