JoAnn was predeceased by her parents, Elmer and Zulene Vaughn; her four sisters, Mildred Carter, Jean Mixon, Jane Mixon, and Patsy Mixon; her two brothers, Lawrence Vaughn and George Vaughn; her son, Tracy Carlisle; and her grandson, Daniel Hugueley.
