Patricia Ruth Sansom

Patricia “Pat” Sansom (nee’ McClaflin), 88, of Water Valley, MS passed away Thursday, August 28, 2025 in Union, Missouri.

She is survived by four sons: James Sansom and wife Linda of Leslie, MO, Tom Sanson of Union, MO, Bruce Sansom of Memphis, TN, and Alex Sansom and wife Kim of Union, MO; 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren; one brother, Robert McClaflin and wife Bev of Florida; one sister, Terryl Viner and husband Tim of Memphis TN; along with nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Pat was preceded in death by her parents, Leroy and Ruth (nee’ Storie) McClafin); her husband, James A. Sansom; her daughter, Janet Koen (nee’ Sansom); one son, Gary Sansom, and her step-mother, Virginia McClaflin.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 3, 2025, at 10:00 AM with all services at Seven Oaks Funeral Home.
