Timmy Lee Tucker, Sr.

Timmy Lee (Tim) Tucker, age 53, of Gulfport, MS, passed from this life Tuesday, August 16, 2022, at University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, MS. He was born December 20, 1968, in Sardis, MS to Elmer and Virginia (Craft) Tucker. Tim worked for Yalobusha County as a heavy equipment operator, and retired after 23 years of service. Tim enjoyed hunting, fishing, woodworking and cooking. He was well known for his bar-b-que ribs and wings. But nothing meant any more to him than the family he loved.

Visitation is planned for Saturday, August 20, 2022, in the Gardiner Room at Seven Oaks Funeral Home from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM. Funeral Service will immediately follow at 1:00 PM with Bro. Billy Childs officiating.

Timmy is survived by three sons, Jay Tucker (Amanda), Robert Tucker (Jessica), Justin Tucker; four step-children, Chelsea Thweatt (Cory), Brandy Myrick, Chase Wilbourn, Brittney Wilbourn; sixteen grandchildren; one sister, Cindy Russell (Chuck); and three brothers Billy Tucker (Lisa), Chuck Tucker (Angie), Jerry Tucker (Peggy).

As well as his parents, Tim was preceded in death by two grandsons, Landen Tucker and Waylon Tucker.
