Robert "Doug" Riley passed away on August 28, 2025, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Oxford, MS, surrounded by his family and loved ones. A Visitation and Funeral Service will be held at Seven Oaks Funeral Home, Water Valley, MS. The service times and obituary will be posted as soon as the family has made arrangements.
